DAY 01; YANGON/ARR

On arrival of your travelling in Myanmar, your guide will pick you up with wonderful smile and pleasant greeting introduction at the Yangon International Airport. Then, start your sightseeing to Kandawgyi park and Karaweik Hall, Sule pagoda, Mahabandoola garden, Strand road including our city hall in the middle of the town and independence monument. After that, visit Chauk Htet Kyi reclining Buddha Image and Sri Kali temple. Shewdagone Pagoda is the best sightseeing of you first day to travel in Myanmar. It is very wonderful because of its golden light when the Sun goes down. Have a good night with Yangon atmosphere. Overnight in Yangon.

 

 

DAY 02; YANGON - KYAIK HTI YOE (Golden Rock)

Your couch master and your guide will drive to Kyaikhtiyo… (the golden stone pagoda stands on a edge of a cliff ), by car in the early morning. Buffalos, paddy plantation and locals are seen along your way. On the way, you can stop at somewhere nice places to have lunch or taking photos. Kyaikhtiyoe is believed that the ones will get prosperity and success for their future that they visit there for three consecutive years. Overnight at Mt. Kyaikhtiyo.

 

 

DAY 03; KYAIK HTI YOE – BAGO – YANGON

After breakfast, drive to Kyat Khet Wai monastery. Stop sometimes to visit Shwemawdaw pagoda where the biggest gone in Myanmar be. If you are lucky ones, you could enjoy the Nat -orchestra (Myanmar traditional instruments) at Hin Thar Gone pagoda. Then, visit to Kanbawza Thadi palace (what the sample of former capital palace), Shwe Thar Lyaung reclining Buddha Image. Back and Dream in Yangon. You should not miss to visit the Allied-War memorial cemetery who lost their lives during the World War II.  Back to Yangon. Overnight in Yangon.

 

 

DAY 04; YANGON – MANDALAY – MAYMYO (PYIN OO LWIN) 

Take morning flight to Mandalay. Then, drive up into the hills from Mandalay for a full-day visit of Pyin Oo Lwin (Maymyo), a former British Hill Station. The road winds steeply through flower, fruit and vegetable gardens. Drive around Maymyo by horse drawn “stage coach” and see brick and timber houses, complete with English-style gables, turrets and

chimneys. Lunch at a local restaurant.In the afternoon visit the National Kandawgyi Gardens, which were laid out by Sir Harcourt Butler, the former governor of Burma. Flowerbeds are similar to those one would find in an English country garden. The garden has recently been upgraded. Take a short “jungle” walk on a wooden path leading through rain forest trees.

 

 

DAY 05; MAYMYO (PYIN OO LWIN) – HSIPAW (By Train) 

Transfer to Pyin Oo Lwin (Maymyo) Railway station for an adventurous train journey to Naung Pin. The train passes over the amazing Gokteik Railway Viaduct. When the Pennsylvania Steel Company built the viaduct across a 300-meter deep gorge a century ago, it was the second highest bridge in the world. The view from the train is fascinating and the scenery is beautiful. Leave the train at Naung Pin and continue by car to the town of Hsi Paw (approx. 65 km - 2 hours), stop at Bawkyo pagoda. It is the most revered Pagoda in northern Shan State – equivalent to Inle Lake’s Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda in the southern half of the state. Accommodation at Hotel, in Hsipaw.

 

 

DAY 06; HSIPAW (Full day trekking in Hsipaw)

Wake up in the early morning and take a short walk to the candle light Shan market (these days it is with battery lights). It is the best to see in the early morning when Shan and other tribal people from nearby villages come to trade. The market starts early around 3.30 am and closes by 6 am. Return to hotel. After breakfast at hotel, visit to Altar of Spiritual being (Nat Con of Ko Myo Shin and Pa Le Yin). Lying in a valley, Hsipaw is a good place for easy day .You will spend the day to hike to Shan Villages. To catch a great sunset in Hsipaw, walk to Nine Buddha Hill (Koe Su Mountain), first cross the bridge towards the Lashio road, and drive about 20 minutes. Accommodation at Hotel, in Hsipaw.

 

 

DAY 07; HSIPAW – MANDALAY

This morning return Mandalay by road (approx. 5 hrs).  Arrive in Mandalay in the late afternoon. In the evening, visit to Amarapura and walk on famous U Bein Bridge for beautiful Sunset. Sleep well in Mandalay.

 

 

DAY 08; MANDALAY – AMARAPURA – AVA –MANDALAY

After breakfast, visit Mahamuni Buddha Image. Then, drive to Mahagandayone monastery. You can enjoy in offering food at the Mahagandayone monastery in the morning. Enjoy sightseeing in the most famous Shwenandaw monastery (Golden monastery), Kuthodaw pagoda (the world biggest book), Atumashi monastery and the places of making gold leaves, stones and wood curving workshop and silk weaving. After that, boat trip to Ava about 30 minutes. There you will see our former Maha Aung Mye Bon San monastery and Ava watch tower. You can try ridding horse cart in Ava. Then, back to Mandalay. In the evening, back to Amarapura and walk on the U Bein Bridge (the world longest teak wooden bridge)for beautiful Sunset. Sleep well in Mandalay.

 

 

DAY 09; MANDALAY – SAGAING – MINGUN – MANDALAY 

After breakfast, drive to Mingun. Take a boat to Mingun. It is worth to see our four kinds of Greats, Splendid Mingun Pathowdawgyi, Mingun Bell, the Great old Lion (about 13th century) and the great lake or well by King Bodawpaya. In the afternoon, your couch master

will drive you to Sagaing. Sagaing is famous for the amount of monasteries and nunneries and the strange structure pagoda Kaunghmudaw. See the silver workshop and try on the real silver wears in Sagaing. Visit to Sagaing Hill. Drive back to Mandalay. Overnight in Mandalay.

 

 

DAY 10; MANDALAY – BAGAN

Take morning flight to Bagan. People say 'you are not a real Myanmar if you haven't been to Bagan' one another. The place where the real Myanmar lives, the real cultures have, the real accent say, and the most interesting histories are there. Then, Shwezigone, Gupyaukgyi temple(Wetkyiinn village), Ananda Temple (the famous one because its very rare architecture) and Manuha and Nan Paya are famous to visit in Bagan. Then, visit lacquer ware factory (the most interesting and famous handmade in Bagan) followed by a visit to local village. Sunset at Pyetthet gyi temple (which is the best and perfect temple for sunset in Bagan). Have a nice dream in Bagan.

 

 

DAY 11; BAGAN

After breakfast, visit Kyuk Gu U Min with interesting history of a Bhddhist monk at the bank of Ayeyarwaddy river by boat. It takes about half of a day. In the afternoon, visit Dhammanyangyi temple, Paya Thone Su, Lawkanandar pagoda, Bupaya and other famous temple in Bagan. Sunset at Pyatthetgyi pagoda. Overnight in Bagan.

 

 

DAY 12; BAGAN – HEHO – KALAW (full day trekking to local villages like Pao, Palaung, Shan, Danu and other tribes)

Take morning flight to Heho. Your guide and car will wait for you to visit the villages of Shan, Danu, Taung Yoe and Pa O and see how the natural faces and smiles are. Along the way, feel the sounds of many birds and verities of plans, trees and vegetables. Have a nice dream in Kalaw.

 

 

DAY 13; KALAW – KAKKU – PINDAYA

After checking out from the hotel, the car will drive and visit to Taunggyi to visit Kukku pagodas.  Then, drive to Pindaya which is natural marvelous cave with wonders and a place where the Umbrellas and Shan Traditional papers are made with other lucky ones like you who have a chance to visit our precious Myanmar. Overnight in Pindaya.

 

 

DAY 14; PINDAYA – INLE

With our car from Pindaya to Nyaung Shwe (the boat town to go to Inle Lake, very beautiful small town). On the way, you have to stop at Shwe Yan Pyay monastery which is the biggest and oldest one in Nyaung Shwe. Today sightseeing is with a boat. It is famous for its floating market, villages on water, beds for vegetables and flowers and one leg-rowers. Phaung Daw Oo pagoda, Inn Paw Khon and Nga Phe Chaug monastery are included in my sightseeing. Overnight in Inle Lake.

 

 

DAY 15; INLE – HEHO – THANDWE – NGAPALI BEACH

After breakfast, take flight to Thandwe for Ngapali Beach. There is no direct flight to Thandwe (Ngapali Beach) except of Yangon. Therefore, you need to take first flight to Yangon, then, take another flight to Thandwe. You are one of the luckiest ones to have a chance to rest at the most beautiful beach of Myanmar. Located on the Rakhine Coast near Thandwe. Ngapali Beach stretches miles after miles with soft white sand fringed by coconut palms. It still stands unlike other beaches with a lot of natural things. With White Sand and Nice Sun, Blue Sea and Sky are seen practically there. Overnight on Ngapali Beach.

 

 

DAY 16; NGAPALI BEACH

Free at your own leisure day on beach. Overnight on Ngapali Beach.

 

 

DAY 17; NGAPALI BEACH

DAY 18; NGAPALI BEACH – THANDWE – YANGON 

After breakfast, the car from hotel will bring you to Thandwe airport. Take morning flight to Yangon from Thandwe. Free at your one leisure in Yangon or visit our most famous (Scott) Bogyoke Aung San Market. In the evening, visit to Botataung pagoda which is usually full of local people in the late afternoon time. Overnight in Yangon.

 

 

DAY 19; YANGON / DEP 

Free at your own leisure before your departure flight to home. Your guide and your couch master will pick you up at the hotel where you stay and see you off at the Yangon International Airport for your departure. It is very wonderful to bring a lot of smiles, nature, souvenirs and unforgettable feeling of your life from Myanmar.
