TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any itinerary can be changed as we mentioned as a long trip (more days and more places) or short trip (less days and less places) according the delight of our clients.
- 25 % of full payment should be arrived in the bank account after your booking date.
- 50 % of full payment should be arrived in the bank account 60 days before your trip.
- Full payment cash should be arrived in the bank account 30 days before your trip as we have to make sure our reservation.

CANCELLATIONS
- 45 to 30 days before your trip - 25 %
- 30 to 15 days before your trip - 50 %
- 15 to 1 days before your trip - 100 %
REMARK
- We accept last minutes bookings and you have to pay full payment as soon as you get down from the flight.

- Entrance Fees at the pagodas and zone fees,

- We can offer any changeable itinerary according to the clients wish
- Every Breakfast at Hotels

- All International air fares,
- Airport Tax,
- Myanmar Visa fees,
- Excess Baggage Tax,
- Personal Phone Calls, Faxes, Laundry,
- Any Insurance,
- Any cancellation fees
- Any Tips to Any Person
- Any Personal Expenses

- We do recommend you that you need travel insurance in your country before you leave.
